I scheduled an appointment 8/31/2022. I received my confirmation with the address of Hope Thunderbird Plaza 5133 West Thunderbird Road Glendale, AZ 85306. Once I arrived, this location looked looked, as no one was here. I ask the hair salon next door if they are in business and I am told they moved a month ago. I am then looking for another location so I then arrive to Peoria - 9516 W. Peoria Ave. Suite 7 Peoria, AZ 85345 at 1:20pm and am told that it is too late to attend the class. I was never informed of the address change. I am told by the instructor the location moved about a month or so. The instructor then informs me I can come in the next day or call Monday to reschedule. I had to cancel the plans I already had for the next day since this was something out of my control. wasted my time of having to drive the the wrong location. I should have been informed that the location was moved in advance. For future classes, do not come to this location. update: I was called back and they gave me a refund for the miscommunication and having the proper address.

I had a bad customer service experience. So, even though they taught me what they were supposed to; I am sure every other CPR/First Aid place would too. Customer Service goes a long way. I would not recommend them.

The instructor was rude and called me out in front of the entire class unaware of why I had to check my phone and sensitivity to fluorescent lights. Said I entered the class with a chip on my shoulder but had never met me prior. If I didn’t want to take the class I would have cancelled on my own and I certainly would not have paid to be embarrassed in front of a group of peers at my age. Other wise not a bad class but horrible about redirection and assumptions.

Mike did an amazing job. He is a total pro. He was very nice and kept the class entertained. He was very knowledgeable and went through the class without looking at his notes etc. I was following the new book they had and he nailed it. Great job Mike! Thank you for helping us save lives!!! 😊
