Mostly quiet both day and night. I have visited and lived in many parks and have witnessed thievery,drugs,power drinkers,a lot of domestic arguments/fights. Been here a month and things going well. Glad I found this place.

I can't remember if it was #8 I live in win I was a kid but don't go in it that place has a evil entity in it win I was a kid doors would slam shut out of the blue and you never wanted to be there by you self and my sister died in a horrible car wreck and that what made us move and she drove to my mom's house be cuz the thang that is in that place and she did not want to be alone and she die driving the way back to that place I won't to say it is something like a demon in that place before we moved in it back in 1999 maybe some one let it in playing with something that should not have and let it in nothing but but luck will come of #8

Great place to live! Told on a daily basis it is the cleanest and best park around. The above 2 reviews do not and have not lived at Cypress Mobile Home Park if they do they should introduce themselves :)

Water gets turned off for hours, no one notifys why it's being turned off. Manager of the park is really nice but only seems to tell you what you want to hear. Most of the trailers are old and infested with bugs. Manager always changes time schedules when it's convenient for her for others to pay rent, when it seems like she does nothing but sit at home all day. All of my furniture and belongings is being destroyed by bugs, if it wasn't for that I'd stay here longer.
