Stopped in the place for the first time today. 4/12 around 5pm. Salesman/owner was super helpful and not pushy to make a sale. Just a dude that knows quality. I got a new grill and wanted something different to try out. Grabbed a pork tomahawk. This is absolute BEST pork I’ve ever grilled. Not just best tomahawk. Best pork period. I really dig this store and will def be back to try some of the more adventurous products I don’t eat often like the bison etc. it’s worth the money. I was highly impressed.

I usually go to heights meat market twice a month, I am always greeted and told if anything new has come in. I am also informed of recipes, new rubs, and when the restock will be. I always buy pork ribs and wagyu steaks, and I am always pleased by the quality. I highly recommend buying from heights meat market. There’s nothing like buying a steak from the grocery store and it’s full of fat. That will never happen here. They have great deals and exotic meats you won’t find anywhere else.
