Waited over 15 minutes in the shoe department and still nobody came to help me. I went to the front desk and still had to wait for the clerk to even acknowledge me while he was just standing there. Shouldn't the employees be kind of cruising the store checking on customers to make sure that they are doing okay? Not just standing up front leaning on the counter?

I just picked up a cast iron skillet here and the staff were super helpful and pleasant and I had a wonderful experience there. They had a decent selection of what I was looking for and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Their customer service is excellent. I bought a kayak for my husband's birthday and they helped me install the roof rack and made sure everything was securely fastened. I appreciated their assistance and care they took.
