Had a limited amount of time on my lunch break. Ran over to the Verizon store to see if I could fix something with my phone. I decided it was time for an upgrade. Chase was awesome! He got me all hooked up with a new IPhone and Apple Watch. He was fast and accurate putting all my information in. He did a fantastic job answering all my questions and keeping me updated on all the steps he was taking. I highly recommend this store and I would ask for Chase. He is now my go to for all my business with Verizon! Thank You!!

My husband and I received some pretty awesome service from Randy today! We were greeted at the door, he helped us where Apple failed us. The entire transaction from start to finish was easy, well explained, with great service and a smile. With the way some things are in the world right now, it was a breath of fresh air! Give that man a raise!

Had to get a new phone while on vacation. Kinda worst case scenario, but Ian made this process completely painless, was so quick and knowledgeable, and I was in and out pretty quickly. Luckily I was there the moment they opened, because there was a pretty steady stream of customers, so if you can, try to get there right away when they open if you need to buy and set up a brand new phone. Fantastic customer service, and in a convenient area.

Worst customer service ever. I just sign up with them and I could go into the entire horror story but let's just say it is taking more than a week to get the plan and phones settled. They change their plans and pricing as you go. Also, make sure if you go to a Verizon store it is actually them. They let third-party businesses use operate under their logo. They do not have the same plans and phone deals. Just stay away!

There's one in Ilwaco.
You sign in when you enter and if there is a line of customers they insist you wait in the car and they'll give you a call when it's your turn. Then inside they also have you seated 6' away from the service agent. That's about it.
Go into your settings and click on it to turn it on
Not if the modulation which is the wireless language that your cell uses. Most cell phone companies use different languages if you will to get people to buy a phone from them when they switch.. if you want to avoid that, go on CL and look for a Verizon phone you like. Activation is the same fee either way.

I believe you would have to delete messages that have been left.
My sims card was faulty after a month or so. Perhaps the same thing with you. I would go to the Verizon Store and let them look at it. They might even pro-rate your bill so you won't be late.
You are better off going to Amazon to buy a battery I have been late the hearing a lot of bad stories about cellular sales Plus you can get the battery for what cheaper through Amazon
