The customer Tim S. Is not telling the truth. I was in the lobby. The boxes he got were way too big to fit in a mailbox. And the employee told him that due to the fact he lives down a narrow gravel road with a blind curb and that the employee herself and several other have almost been hit head on by someone driving fast. They won’t deliver stuff to the house. The guy called the employee lazy and a liar. He was very rude and was talking over the employee to where she had to ask him to leave. I felt sorry for the employee. They shouldn’t have to put up with such rude people.

Hate leaving these kind of reviews but this post office is the worst post office I’ve ever been too, your wait time can be 10 - 30 minutes but after waiting 20 minutes it’s finally my turn and she asked me to fill out the shipping address (would take me 15 seconds to fill out) and she started helping the people behind me? So I’m supposed to wait another 15-45 minutes just to send a small package? Like come on get it together

My husband was there this morning. Staff were not wearing masks, and allowed 4 customers plus themselves in a small room, putting everyone at risk and violating the law. They also ignored my husband's request to send packages book or parcel rate and sent one overnight and one 3-day, resulting is excessive charges. This was a horrible experience. Now they refuse to answer their phone, and I can't get to customer service at the 1-800-number to report them.

Post office itself and staff are nice. Delivery carriers leave much to be desired. Leave packages outside unsecured, deliver packages that have been ripped open and had items stolen and don't mention it, just leave it. Your better off having a P.O. box than relying on their less than professional carriers.
