I am not a renter here but we did take a tour and the apartments are very tiny a two bedroom does not have enough square feet for multiple people. The living area is large but the bedrooms are super small. Nothing larger than a double will fit into some of the rooms. Location is offering “newly renovated” however the only features that are newly renovated are floors and appliances. Most patio spaces offered are no more than 3 ft wide. We will not be renting here

My husband and I have been living here for about five months and compared to other communities near us I really like this property. Are used to work in leasing so I understand the back end of everything in this community is trying. My only complaint is that the gym is very outdated and machines are broken and from what other residents have told us has not been fixed in years even before the new management takeover as well as there not being a light in the pool by building M. The leasing staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are very nice and service requests are completed very quickly I was actually surprised at how quickly they are done. The parking lot spaces are very wide which I really like the trash cans are always emptied and never overflowing like at other properties, the grounds are kept really clean. This community has a sense of living in a resort it does not feel like an apartment complex.

I worked with Angie and she was very nice. I moved from Illinois to Arizona for my job and although I was not able to find a unit at Solas. Angie assisted me in finding a new apartment. In the near future I plan to come back to Solas Glendale. Thank you Angie!

The law in Arizona is they have 15 days to give you your security deposit back or give you an Itemized statement with the cost of damages

Unless u do impower first use of card will have 25 on it. U can monitor how much utilities u use the deposit is 250 and that gets paid off little at a time wen u add money to ur card. I think our deposit got paid off in less than 2 months. And my son dud our 3 bdrm house energy saver every thing. And managed to make 20 dollars on impower last all week. And no charge monthly for all kinds of taxes and what ever else they throw in on srp bills mailed to u. Wen u move u take box and cards with u cards stay with box.
