When I first moved into the apartment it was during covid lockdowns. I could not look at my exact apartment I was leasing. The apartment I ended up leasing wasn't in good condition but I rented it anyways because I was running out of options. I tried to write down all the damage I could see, but there was just so much I figured they knew the apartment wasnt in good condition. Cabinets had alot of water damage, stove was very old and had been resprayed with paint on a few spots, some burners were busted. Countertops were repainted and scratched. I had a major roach issue for the first 3-4 months of living there. Management eventually took care of the roaches, but there was lots of nasty damage from the roaches once they were gone. The inside of the old refrigerator was busted since day one. The water heater busted and leaked within 2 weeks living there and the upstairs neighbors flooded their bath tub so I had two floods living there and caused damage. At the end of my lease I expected my full deposit back as any defects I added were normal for living there for 18 months, as the apartment was already so damaged and dirty prior. The only good thing about the apartment was the maintenance guy named Tommy who was very friendly and trying his best. If you rent here take lots of pictures, so you can get your deposit back. The area is decent and didn't have much problems in the area.

I thought this place was great. They were so nice in the office. My mom was disabled and the maintenance workers would often check on her to make sure she was OK. And, unfortunately the night she fell and didn't have her phone with her the fire department had to kick her door in because they couldn't reach emergency maintenance, the apartment complex didn't hold her responsible for the door. And when she had to break her lease because she could no longer live on her own and had to go into a nursing home they not only let her break the lease without any penalties but she even got her deposit back. The only reason this is only 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is true that the pools were often broken.

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Really bad roach problem. Not too sure how my kitchen cabinets are even mounted to the wall..... They don't even have screws in them and look like whoever installed them hanged them with pin nails. Only have one stove top working good. Dishwasher doesn't work. Appliances and finishes are just really cheap and old. My car got towed by the office for being parked in backwards. They didn't even give me a warning or be a decent person and put a warning sign on my car to move it. All around just bad.

I've lived at Sagewood for five and a half years. A few months after I moved in the property was purchased by a new owner. We went through a few really terrible managers and the place went downhill fast. However, three years ago our current manager Jennifer came in and completely turned the place around. Now our occupancy rate is over 90% even in the summer and more people are renewing their leases than ever before. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. When my AC went out on a Friday afternoon, the staff had a portable unit set up and cooling within an hour. My AC was repaired first thing Monday morning. Sagewood is an older complex and we don't have a lot of amenities like some of the new complexes. But the apartments and grounds are well maintained. Last year Jennifer worked with the owner and laundry contractor to redo the laundry room with all new high efficiency larger capacity washers and new dryers. My favorite thing about living at Sagewood is the sense of community. We are a multi-generational multi-ethnic complex and very dog friendly. If you want a place with parties every night, Sagewood is not for you. If you're looking for a place to call home, this could be it.

I pay 900 for a new 1 br (some have not been remodeled yet) which include a washer and dryer in the apt. They also have a laundromat for those who choose to save the extra money on an apt w.o washer and dryer. Hope this helps.
Yes they do its just a higher deposit we found them with an agency called vally king properties that helps a people that have evections
