"Due to short staffing we will be closed at 6 instead of 8" wow really? I knew I should've went to a different Famous Footwear!! Been here at this location 2 other times and never get greeted or thanked. I guess 3rd times a charm? Don't this so!!. Last week I spent some money on shoes I counted it 2 times before I handed to the lady and she kept counting it saying I was short. My daughter was with me she is in 5th grade. Not that grades matter but wow she even looked at her. First I was short 9 dollars then 4. And to my surprise I count it my self and walah.."184" exact! She couldn't even count!! As I'm in the car writing this review, 5 different families came by trying to get in too, within matter of 10 minutes.Wow this is ridiculous.

Do not waste your time at this store. Selection 0 ,any size 0 , any brand 0 , any price, 0, customer service double 0. I've been shopping here for over a decade will never be back.

Horrible customer service tactics! I was browsing through shoes for my husband, my son, my daughter, and myself so naturally I was wandering from Department to Department when I noticed a sales associate following me Very closely. It was to the point where I would try on shoes and she would literally be 3 feet next to me no matter where I went. I stated very calmly and politely that she was making me feel uncomfortable. I do understand that they have to protect their inventory from thieves however there has to be a better way then jumping on a customer's back the entire time. So when I stated that I felt uncomfortable the manager said, " you can just go ahead and leave and I refuse service" when I asked her why she said "I don't need a reason." Just hoodlums with a name tag. I've shopped with this company for years and they just lost a customer, a NON STEALING CUSTOMER!!!
