Theses reviews are lies. I am a United States Veteran. After using the Vet housing program my wife and I found out the place that we would be moving into Tuscano Village. What a disaster from management to maintenance. So our official move in date was schedule for October 27 that date like many others came and left. My wife and I had the hardest time getting a hold of the manager. Who would move it back from the 27th, to 1st,5th,15th,18th, to the 20th at 6pm two days before my sons birthday. When we finally get here the manager rolls in just as fast as she left. I know why she didnt want to be here we when my family and I found out that there was nothing done to the property. From the outside scuttle leaking and flooding the super trashed front patio where we found a multitude of our wall outlet covers, to the front door being so G rigged. There are numerous wholes in the walls. Screws and panels missing along with a thermostat that doesn't work. Also the restroom fan sounds like it's going to drop at any time. The many times we tried to come here to see what our residence looked like was met with no answer calls or return of email. I really feel like I am now living in a third world country and I severd in Iraq. My wife and I have sent emails tell the manager about all the discrepancies with no return email. We are having to pay close to $1300 a month. This place is not even close to worth that amount. My wife and I have already went to Lowe's and Homedepot inorder to secure oir residence. There is so much that words can't even begin to say. I know after the Manager reads this post and see these pictures I'm posting her and her team and probably the residents that she has working in kahoots with her will probably give us a hard time. I just feel someone has to say something. I know if I have just moved into the disaster I can only image what my neighbors have been going thru. This is supposed to be America the greatest and riches country in the world. Not Baghdad

I have lived here for more than 1 year already and love all the upgrades Maria has some to each unit and she continues to make more updates to make them look better. It is not to much noise just the usual u get every where from kids playing outside. The property manager Maria is really good at getting any maintenance issues done ASAP.

I was shocked to see what people had to say and It was my first night at my place yesterday and it felt cozy. I did see little pest but I can manage and I have met maria she was so nice and told me if there was any problems let her know. Be patient with maria she is alone and I've seen she is trying her best to get to everyone. I will so recommend these apartments. The neighbor is quite and the store is next door that was plus for me. Thank you Maria (amazing manager)

This is not a good apartment complex i have had problems with roaches since day one and I still do. This place is infested!!! Stressful to say the least because no matter what we do the roaches are everywhere! Not just one or two every now and then. The worst infestation i have seen in my life. Its A uninhabitable place to stay. The management is nice and does what they can with the pest control and it seems like they care about the tenants but it is very unfortunate to have so many bugs and issues with neighbors. I this year goes by fast so I can leave. Please DO NOT move here if you want roaches. Just a warning and opinion on the matter
