I was hoping this would be our new home after asking if Sunset Terrace accepted our rental assistance program. Erika Sosa worked with my mother on the application process, received a copy of our Housing Voucher and was supposed to call her in after our payment was processed. Instead, the next day after Erika Sosa received our money, Erika Sosa didn't call but emailed "we do not accept housing." I requested our information be destroyed and our money be refunded. Erika did not refund our money. What fraudulent business practice!

I moved here in 2017. I love my apartment, it's spacious for a one bedroom apartment, lots of storage area. Also the fact that there's a pantry was great! The only bad thing for me, is the fact that I don't have a washer and dryer, yet other apartment have them. I would like to have that in my apartment.

I love my new apt. I drove to Phoenix all the way from Baltimore, Md 34 hrs of driving to be exact. I must say it was all worth it. Mariana (property manager) was such a huge help in making this process go as smooth as possible.

The location is excellent, the laundry is great and the pool/hot tub is a great addition. However the suites are incredibly overpriced, and once your lease expires they offer a lease renewal to you at an extremely increased rental rate. It's a huge rip off. They don't fix things. We went on a 6 week waitlist to have our screen door fixed - it's been months now. There is a huge cockroach infestation in our apartment. It's a fine last resort or if you need a place that allows pets. But not great.
