Filled out an application for a 2/2 on Monday. The cost was 1725. I was approved. I was told by a rep that the price won’t change because I essentially was approved and put down a holding fee. First red flag: I have 75O credit score and make 80k annually. They ran my credit and it came back with fraud alert. I explained to them I had my wallet stolen and I reported it to the credit bureaus.I offered to show them the paperwork.They claimed I had to put down a deposit because of the alert.Went to website to go over all of the expenses and they raised the rent to 1775!! Shady. I contacted the rep and he said he would look into it but I haven’t heard anything .I definitely understand why they have a vacant problem now. Poorly ran apartment complex .Make sure you go over the numbers and get everything in writing.And DO NOT sign lease without looking at the apartment. I looked at one of their apartments (#2173)that had dead bugs in the tub.Luckily I got an email confirmation when I submitted the application for the original price.Now it’s time for legal action.

Ive lived here 4 or 5 years now so I’ve come across a lot of different maintenance workers and I have to say Gilbert & Fernando always go above and beyond for us. Gilbert not only completes whatever task I throw his way but goes out of his way to do little extra things here and there. Fernando always greets us with a smile and finishes his tasks quickly and efficiently. These men are hard workers and deserve not only recognition for their hard work but a raise as well! I appreciate them both!

If i could leave 0 stars I would! This is a place you move to if you don't mind living with roaches and if you need a place to stay in a short amount of time. I moved into these apartments coming from overseas and I didn't even want to stay in the apartment for a week and a half. There were roaches EVERYWHERE!! I was disgusted and went down to the leasing office just for them to basically tell me it wasn't that bad and give me roach traps. I asked to move to a different unit and was refused. The ONLY reason I stayed was because at the time I had nowhere else to go. Not to mention in the year I was here my dryer had to be fixed multiple times, my washer broke, and the bug exterminator only came a few times and each time the roaches got worse! There was always something going on, every night I would hear kids screaming, people in other apartments arguing, and from November up until late January fireworks were popped almost every night. I didn't even want to have company over in this apartment complex! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!

I am a current resident of Paseo Park Apartments and I just wanted to say that Bri, Lexi, and all of the administrative staff here are amazing! They are always cheerful, more than willing, and go above and beyond their job duties to help tenants with whatever issues arise. The maintenance staff is excellent and promptly attend to any and all maintenance related calls thoroughly and professionally. All of the staff constantly work to make tenants feel at home and almost like one big extended family! My family and I especially enjoy all of the holiday themed events arranged and coordinated by the staff. We love living here and feel that any and everyone would be proud and happy to call this place their home! Thank you for all you do Paseo Park Apartments management and staff! Ms. Tera Kozorra
