I genuinely cannot stress this enough; do not apply to live here. I never make reviews on things unless I feel absolutely compelled to say something, and this time I was. This apartment complex was the worst I’ve ever had to live at and not just because of the area, but mainly because of the staff and their lack of communication. More times than I’d be able to count I have sent emails and called by phone and left voicemails with 0 responses in any form or fashion. Even when we had to sign the 60 day notice they never sent out an email or mailbox letter or anything. They eventually called when it was about 50 days to let us know, almost as if trying to trap us. Either way the failure to communicate is and will be the worst flaw of this establishment and I urge you to look elsewhere. Like literally anywhere.

The lady is the front office needs to take classes on customer service. She is very rude and would not even give me her name. I am a caregiver trying to help out my client with getting running faucets in the shower, bath and kitchen. My client is unable to walk or feel anything throughout her body. When I went into the office to ask for help. The lady in the front office, raises her voice to me, "asking" me if I had a mask? My response was NO do you? Because how you going to come at me like that when you or the man in the office didn't have one on either? VERY POOR AND DISCUSTING APTS.

Liz and Edith are amazing to say the least, my fiancee and i were looking for an apartment in our price range and close to my work. The glenridge apartments we're perfect. we were having a really hard time with getting approved but Liz and Edith jumped through so many hoops just to get us into this place. We get to move in today and the apartments are beautiful. I love the cabinet space and the private patios. This is my first apartment without my parents and im really glad that its this one.

If I could rate negative stars I would! I've lived here for 5 months or so. There are bugs everywhere. Cockroaches in the laundry units and they're always fifthey or not working. I've had 3 washers break while washing my clothes and I had to unplug the machine to even get the door open to get my clothes out. Then pay additional for them to be rewashed. My neighbors are so noisy I live on the top floor they blare their music all day and night, my whole apartment shakes! Called office nothing happened still continuing! When we moved in the fridge was leaking ask for it to be repaired and they said they fixed it but the bottom shelf is always soaking wet and they ripped the vinyl flooring repairing the fridge! I'm sure there's rot under the fridge. We have to have our apartment sprayed every month to keep the bugs away they come out of the drains cracks in the base boards. It's awful here!!!
