So far so good I renewed my lease for another year a couple months ago, the first year here at spinnaker landing was great! Very quiet, clean, landscaping comes every week management keeps the property presentable, never had a issue with roaches or bed bugs as I've seen in these reviews, Maybe because I keep my home clean who knows 🤷‍♀️ I've never had a problem 😊 maintenance is quick I've only had a couple small problems and management was on top and got things done quickly! Which is very much appreciated! I've never done a review before but I am beyond happy with my stay here so I will give a honest review 😊

With all that is happening with the virus going around this place is just a business. They don’t care about there residents and don’t care what financial situations we have going on right now. This place has roaches everywhere, in the fridge on the walls and in the bathroom. It’s disgusting and the fact that they are not willing to help is horrible. To top it off our car got broken into while living here and there cameras were “not working” and they never came to check to see if it got figured out or anything.

I seen 4 apts in the last 2 days from them. All of them had roaches. Roach bodies and baby roaches crawling. The cabinets were old crooked and warped. Roaches in the refrigerator after I seen that. I immediately left they're infested w bugs.
