Been here two years never have i been late on rent once always paid my rent on time this new management didnt take the money out of my account then said that i owed late fees when they said and quote “my account had insuficiant funds” when i clearly handed then a cashiers check and still want to charge me late fees when i have proof that i even showing them that i had paid rent on the first!!! DO NOT COME HERE NOT RECOMENDED WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called corparate office they never call you back.

Been here for two years, the first was great but when new management took over. I wish I wouldn’t have renewed that lease. They literally park in the loading zone everyday, I guess to stop people from moving out LoL The pool was close for years and when they finally opened it’s never cleaned. The water doesn’t get hot, he says let it run. Don’t forget after new management you have to pay for water now🤔 They took security and let the tweekers roam free! All while boosting the rent.Pest control is paid for by us and yes they have Roaches! Only cameras are on the OFFICE!! So glad my lease is up renters beware! And for the owner keep your apologies because we all know it’s about the money for you guys and not the tenants!!

One of the reasons I moved here was the lattice, it provided added sense of security. New management took over and have it removed just because they did not want it. No more security patrols at night as well. They are passing on to tenants all expenses maybe will bring back security for an additional fee. Regretting my decision to renew my lease, new management is trying its best to siphon money from tenants. No clear boundaries about responsibilities on payments, all from tenants. Please do not live here. Is it possible to rate it below 1? Desi

Lived here for two years, they recently switched management companies. Horrible experience, water is no longer included, the rent has gone up tremendously, the staff is extremity rude when you can get ahold of someone in the office. The trash is no longer being picked up, so the trash bins are always piled high with junk. I wish my lease were up today because I would be out of here. Horrible place to live, you certainly can tell this new company has no interest in the residents' comfortably. It's all about collecting the overpriced rent. Beware; look elsewhere!
