Very odd experience going in for a tour. The exterior looked decently well maintained, the updates we were shown look nice. The maintenance guy who came in when we were arriving was very pleasant and more than willing to answer the few questions we posed while we were waiting. I'm always wary when they set up the office in a unit and call it a tour- of course the 700 sqft space you're in to draw in renters is fine. The one plus was that we were able to see that the bathroom door is maybe 2" from the toilet when you're trying to close it, in what I have to assume was once a walk-in closet. On top of that, there was no greeting by the leasing agent, no introductions, just a "What do you need?" when I had scheduled the viewing days in advance. She never left the desk, absolutely no attempt to mention anything at all about the apartments/community. We asked if they had any idea what they had available at the beginning of October (2 months away) and she acted like we were insane and insisted that was waaaay too far out, despite other properties we were viewing having a very clear idea of what they were expecting for move-outs. When we asked if there was a way to be put on a list to be notified if any second floor units became available, this was out of the question. We were redirected to the website 3 separate times for those last 3 things I mentioned. Our appointment was set for 2 and MAYBE started 2 minutes early- after discussing it with my boyfriend in the parking lot for 2-3 minutes I was back in my car and texting my friend about how bizarre the experience was by 2:06. Why offer in-person tours if you only show the office and won't show anyone the amenities? Honestly, we're only looking for a cheap, short term lease because I had a medical crisis in June and we wanted to get that squared away before we got settled in a house, so my expectations were pretty rock bottom and it still threw me enough that I'm now leaving a review.

Came for an in-person tour and was greeted with unprofessional and unknowledgeable management. Decided to look over this for the prices and amenities. I have been calling, leaving voice messages, and emailing management for multiple days requesting details regarding certain units’ availability and asking for assistance with applying online. Only a one-sentence email was returned and it was very clear she did not read anything of what I had written in the message prior. Maybe a blessing in disguise that their unusable website legitimately would not allow me to proceed with the application process.

Great renovated apartments with an awesome pool and friendly attentive office and maintenance! My daughter and I love calling Cantala home! Quiet friendly neighbors close to shopping, schools, dinning, freeways and entertainment.

I’ve got to say this is a great apartment. I’m a few months into my lease and everyone in the leasing office is super nice and supportive! We haven’t had any issues with living here. This is my first apartment so I do thank Julia and April in the leasing office for being so welcoming with us being newbies at this whole rent thing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to live!

Most felonies would be denied. They look at the entire picture and it depends on how long ago it was in addition to what all the charges were for.
We jsut require that you make 2.x the rent in income and proof of that and will take SSI as verifiable income.
