This hotel looks nice and I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was also delicious. The reason why I am leaving this two star review is they charged my credit card twice and it was a heck to get back my money! Please check your card before you leave, you might be over charged🤷🏽‍♂️

Likes: Close to the LV Strip, lots of restaurants and other businesses nearby. Dislikes: Public hair on our bed when we arrived, semen in the toilet? Didn't want to know. Toilet seat was low enough to the ground for a toddler but hard for a 6'1" person to sit on. Breakfast was okay at best but they kept running out of sausage and eggs. Parents let their young kids wonder the hotel unaccompanied, especially in the elevators. Summary: Will stay in North LV next time. Traffic was a nightmare going through LV from the NE and trying to get to Spring Valley. I have seen better from an IHG hotel than this!

Extremely helpful staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. The hotel was impressively clean. A welcome treat after some of the hotels I have stayed in recently. It felt like it was brand new it was so clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes to start. No continental breakfast here, just good food It was like eating in a restaurant. Thank you to all involved in making this hotel a great place to stop over. I have put it on my list as a must return when I come back to this area. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who helped me at the front desk. She deserves a high five for her help with local sights to see and directions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere clean and friendly.

This is a very special review. It's been hard for me to write and it's very over due. The best way I can condense this story is this: My family and I were in town to help my father in the hospital whom ended up passing away very quickly, and unexpectedly... we were staying at this hotel as it was close to hospital. They were so kind, so generous, so accommodating, so sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond. I don't recall how we began talking about our sad trip, but the manager immediately showed his condolences and the whole team wrote us a nice hand written card and gave us a sweet bouquet of flowers. I feel horrible that I cannot remember names as the memory is blurred. But I needed to still write this review and let you know how much we appreciated you. The breakfast was so good too and consistent, amenities were perfect, and everything was fresh and clean. Thank you again for comforting us in every way possible Rachael & Heidi
