I'm a Silver Elite Marriott Bonvoy member. On 7/2 I booked a room for one night by redeeming 16K Marriott reward points. Surprisingly the hotel charged my credit card again on 7/5. I travel often but has never seen any Marriott hotel charge twice. Had to contact credit card company to dispute. Will not stay here again.

It is always such a great place to be in around and enjoy. The ambiance is always set to chill, the employees as well as the customers just make you feel like you are home. Never had an ugly or less than great experience. But you guys keep doing what you are doing, because indeed you are doing it well. Thank you so much for all the great service and help, you are much appreciated

Rooms are average. Breakfast was terrible. At 200-300 per night, I would not stay here again. The staff were great! More than helpful and friendly as they could have been! A+ On the employees!

For those looking for a pet friendly hotel beware they charge $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee! Outrageous! I have made a $100 deposit with 1/2 or more refundable, but never paid $100 and got nothing back! I have a small, crate training dog. This was highway robbery. When I tried to check out and go to another hotel they told me I would not get my points back! Very frustrating. I will not return.
