The room itself was great! The bathroom is needed a bit of an updating. The tub was showing some rust. The pool was closed, which was odd! I little bit of rain pretty much closed the entire city down. Heaven forbid y'all get a hurricane. All in all it was a great stay.

Complimentary warm cookies, complimentary shuttle to the airport every 30min, convenient front-lobby store with basic snacks/breakfast, free breakfast, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good water pressure shower, wonderful front desk service, big bathroom towels - this hotel was honestly a diamond in the rough. We really enjoyed our stay here..and that's after staying at the New York New York hotel right on the Vegas strip. We really appreciated our quiet, clean stay at the DoubleTree.

Dirty room, hair in bathroom, urine around base of toilet, disgusting! Signed up for shuttle, got there bright and early and they told us the shuttle was full. Unbelievable….that was why we stayed at this hotel was for the shuttle. Too much money for no amenities and terrible service and dirty room. Also, no fresh baked cookies or water when arrived. Save your money and find some place else to stay.

if you want to stay at a mediocre hotel with bad front desk service this is the hotel for you. When we arrived we were not given the adjoining rooms we booked. Evan at the counter then proceeded to insinuate that we did not really book adjoining rooms. when shown the paperwork it was then our fault because we booked through a 3rd party website. Then they tried to say the adjoining room was not usable because there was damage to the bathtub. Except when my children and I were were waiting in the hallway for my mom to get it to get sorted we watched a guest walk into that room. When questioned, they then changed their story to "it must have been booked on accident" The next morning when my mom spoke with the manager she was "so sorry". But did not offer any sort of solution or monetary compensation. all around a bad experience. Next time we come to visit family we will chose another hotel.
