The staff were really friendly, hotel was fine in a great location not far from Fremont Experience. Free parking close by. No kettle in the rooms but they did supply teas and coffees in the morning.

Still have one more night but so far this stay has been exceptional. The only reason for 4 stars regarding the location are for the obvious reasons of the Downtown area. That being said, the newly painted walls have given it a fresh feel to the area and it is much cleaner than most would think. All in all, very good for the price an will be booking again.

Just stayed at Downtowner motel for 2 nights! Great budget friendly option walking distance from so much. The neighborhood is awesome! The atmosphere at the motel is very laid back. The mini golf course and the music playing in the courtyard was fun, the AC worked great in the room, the bar at check in was convenient, and the staff was pleasant. Overall my stay was good and id go back, but this motel could do so many little things to make the stay more enjoyable so figured I’d share. First, the floor in our room was pretty filthy. I felt uncomfortable walking around barefoot and my socks were black. Next time I’d bring some cheap slippers to wear in the room. Also, I wish there was a full length mirror in the room. It was hard to get ready for a night out without being able to see my outfit! It’d be great if they’d install a shelf in the bathroom since the sink is free standing… there’s nowhere to set toiletries. Next, I wish they had a lamp somewhere. There was only one option for lights and it was SO bright, so we either had the lights on or off. Would be nice to be able to turn on a lamp at night for some light vs. having to turn on the bright light. We did also see one small roach in the room and it smelled like cigarettes. I considered asking if they’d switch my room, but honestly imagine all of the rooms smell like that since it’s Vegas… Basically, it was what I expected for the price and the motel exterior was super cute. Would stay again and would have given 4 or 5 stars if the room didn’t smell so terrible and was a tad cleaner, but I hope they will make some simple updates to the rooms to make it even better!

Terrible environment. Also, the mattresses are old and lumpy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Motel to anyone

Yes the Have free parking very close to the hotel
Its quite good! Small, but clean and really nice relaxing chair and lounge seats. Good for a cool off, not good if you want to really swim laps or something
Hi Laurel, we are remodeling. A lot of awesome upgrades in the near future!
It's actually directly across the street from the lobby.
The air was out when I stayed and they wouldn't even give me a free night plus u only can control fan speed not temperature which sucks
Thank you, and I did look elsewhere..much better and they took cash..Only 20 dollars deposit and coffee all day long lol
Yes if the room is ready. I was able to check-in 2 hours early.
No they don't have a blowdryer but they are a good Motel
I would suggest calling them to explain the nature of your request so that they can provide you with the email of the appropriate manager or owner. One quick note in regards to some of the other comments that were left - my personal experience with this motel and their staff has been great. We have stayed there several times, and have always been given excellent customer service by the young lady running the check-in desk. Our room and the building has always been very clean, and I have never seen signs of roaches or other insects.
I went to relax for a staycation since I'm a local. Checking in wasn't a warm welcome in fact a rude vibe was given to me telling me what I have to do. I guess I was treated like the rest of the bad apples. I thought it would be cool. Have eleven night stay my room stunk like gym socks, the water in the basin faucet barely squirted out and one night all the TV channels were out. There was always someone sitting in the doorway to go outside and wait till they got up to walk out. I left and went home on the 7th night. God that smell. I won't be returning.
Yes they do it's across the street it's a public parking area and you get a pass but if you go somewhere and move your car at night most likely you wont find a parking spot available
They charged me $100 on check-in and refunded it a few days after check-out.
Not that i know of havent heard nothing about it
It is very close to Freemont street and surroundings like Container Park. The strip is a bit further out, but still easily reached as there is a good connection between Freemont street and the strip.
Nope.
The primary lot is on the end of the block on Fremont. The overflow lot is a block or two doen Fremont, walking away from downtown. It is a huge, one block sized gated lot.
Negative... Another activity they do have is free, mini golf!
Bring ypurs
I know that they have several kinds of rooms. Sorry they haven't fixed the heat, at least it's not the AC in the summer!
There is more than one building. Call them about kitchen availability because I have not stayed in a room with a kitchen.
No....only daily 😒
