Need to leave this review here because my experience was THAT amazing. Ask for Tino if you come, he is MAGNIFICENT. My husband and I went in for 1 thing and left with 4 products after Tino’s insightful recommendations (and I’m not just saying that - He. Is. Worth. The. Drive!). I truly will be back to this location for his help on anything I need from Ulta - he even shared some things with my husband about skincare and my husband walked out with something of his own! Tino is incredible. Im so glad we were fortunate enough to be helped by him today!

I was followed around like a hawk and asked if i needed anything 5 times, no joke. I eventually stopped responding to this obvious form of discrimination. To top it off, Jazmin was extremely rude. When I put in my loyalty card info, she scrunched up her face when reading my name and said, "Is that spelled, right?" Yes, it's my name, Jazmin. You would think a team that I'm sure has suffered from a variety of -isms would have more empathy and not make someone feel uncomfortable. A manager with bright pink hair should know about being judged for their appearance.

Employees rush you. Went to find dermablend/dermacol and never used these products before. They didn’t have dermacol which wasn’t an issue but as I was standing there researching and trying to find a good shade for me for dermablend, I was then approached kind of aggressively by one of your male employees saying “You’ve been standing here for a while now? What is going on?” I felt rushed and just quickly grabbed a foundation and left.
