Two or three years ago I bought glasses from Pearle with a Silhouette frame - expensive and wonderful. I've replaced the lenses in the same frame since, because I love them so. Today the temple piece just snapped - it's a thin wire, so not surprising, but I'm leaving on a vacation tomorrow so I was a bit panicky. But Troy dug through the "frame graveyard" and found another frame in a different color - since it didn't match the frame I had, he just "replaced all the pieces" - i.e. gave me a whole replacement frame - and didn't charge for it! That's RIDICULOUSLY good customer service. I've never been sorry I switched to Pearle - I'm their customer for life now.
