Clean rooms with a real comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The lobby and hallways were clean and safe. It was 110 one day..the clean pool came in handy.

I had a bag of products that were stolen from my room after the cleaning crew went in. All management could do was refund me 40k points. That only covers half the cost! If you stay DO NOT let the cleaning crew in!

If you expect to have your room cleaned daily, towels replaced, toiletries restocked, and a bed properly made, I would say this might not be the hotel for you. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn & Suites and have always had a great experience up until now. Besides our check in going well I don’t have a single good thing to say. Our stay was bad enough that we checked out a day early even though we had prepaid.

Jake at the front desk was super awesome! He checked us in,managed an issue with our room type, and was friendly and helpful. The front desk called me when housekeeping found my daughter's phone left in the room, so we could retrieve it quickly before departing Vegas. Plus, easy parking for a truck towing a trailer!
