Had a few packages sent there and called multiple times to confirm that they would either hold onto them for me or if I had to leave before they came that they would send them to another address. I was told multiple times by different front desk agents that they would be able to do that. Come to find out one of them and a manager sent my packages back to the shipper. They didn’t even notify me, and the kicker is I gave my info to a front desk agent and let them know to please hold on to the packages since I was on vacation and traveling all over the place and once I had some down time I’d call and see the best place to send them or what the next step would be, and the person just sent em back anyways. Once I did call back they then told me that they were not able to send packages anywhere else now my stuff is in limbo basically. Also breakfast was trash food was stale and room was dingy and old. Bout time for an update. But it’s a inn and suites so wasn’t expecting anything more than trash service and old outdated rooms. Nice place to lay your head but not worth it for a stay longer than two days max.

Extremely clean and professional, I was able to call and book a room at around 2 am and the entire process over the phone was smooth. Definitely would consider again if I end up in the area and need a last minute place to stay.

Clean, cool inside and neat. Not sure if there's a pool. Didn't see it. It's quite in there too. Tvs, chairs, computer, breakfast bar. Receptionist was nice.

My sister has a brain tumor and is blind in one eye also very weak, she fell out of bed!! I could not get her up off the floor. I went to the front desk and asked for help. I'm not sure of her name but she came back to the room and tried to help me, she said the security man came on at 10 pm and she would have him come up, he picked her up like she weight nothing she was back in bed and asleep in no time. We want to say Thank you!! What a great staff you have.
