Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Our room was far cleaner than the 4 star Hotel on the strip we stayed at a few days prior. Our checkin was in the wee hours of the morning, she was fast and friendly! We've stayed at a few Holiday Inn locations so far and we will be staying with them again in the future!

This place is old and dumpy! My bathroom floor had hair and dental floss on the floor so so much for their " covid clean protocol " And if your not usually up at 6 a m...you will be due to the construction going on next door! I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to change rooms to the otherside of the hotel because the phone in the room doesn't work! I wonder if corporate comes for inspections on this property? We usually like and stay at Holiday Inn Express ....this one is a dump!

Let's start with the good. The location is good. You are about 10 mins drive from the Strip. It is not far from the airport. Maybe about 15 mins from Chinatown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so-so but kinda typical of Holiday Inn Express but I've had better options at others (this one had only oranges for fruit, no non-dairy milk) but other things were pretty standard. I didn't hear any guests complain about the food so I guess it was ok. The room was big and had good space although the furniture seemed a little dated. Lots of ports for your devices (USBs and plugs) Issues: Normally I would share these issues with management but theses and not service issues. The bed was way too soft and it sank in the middle. I thought it was just my bed but the other queen in the room was the same. Sleep was not very good. I was doubtful they had better beds in the other rooms. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors which means they can hear you too. The iron in my room had a retractable cord which would retract on its own. A potentially dangerous situation. This I will report. Overall the stay wasn't bad. I have just stayed at better Holiday Inn Express hotels before. If I had to come back to Vegas again, it wouldn't be my first choice unless they changed the beds at least. It wouldn't be my last choice either. The staff made the difference. If you have a family and don't want to stay on the Strip this is a pretty good location without being drowned in the busyness of Las Vegas and still being close enough to everything.

5 minutes by car. The hotel has a shuttle to the Mandalay Bay and to the Aria hotels that departs every 30 minutes.
2 dogs are probably cheaper if you order a combo , with fries and a beverage. Cheese is extra .
Sorry...
We had one in our room, but it was tiny. You may want to call and ask, as it could be a room by room basis since the previous person said no.
