Absolutely horrible hotel. Hotel manager, Ashanti, has no customer service skills. We ended up staying somewhere else. Had the exact same experience as another guest posted 3 months ago. Drove all day with a 3 month old baby only to find out “their system” cancelled our room an hour after we booked and 30 minutes before we arrived to check in. However the room was mysteriously no longer available and it will take 15 days to return our $200 for a room we didn’t get.

Positive: The shower head works Negative: The location of this hotel is unsafe enough that checking-in require to call the clerk with intercom before they will unlock the door. Bad lighting outside which adds to the creepy feeling.

Positive: It was quite area. Negative: Where should I start? When we went in the lobby stuff was rude floors where dirty.in the room,two different tvs with two extremely dirty controls.I went to get a tissue, and there was a tooth picker on the box. Long hair in the tub.we walked out.No refund

Worst service ever! Got there after driving 7 hours to find out they canceled our room right before we got there. Had to find a Different hotel to stay at. Then found out the next day they charged our card for staying there when they are the ones who canceled. So aggravating, then they would do nothing to refund the money. Ridiculous staff, never apologized, didn't care that they screwed up. Nothing. I would not recommend staying there at all.
