This is not a good place to live they gave my 69 year old mother a 30 day notice after she paid rent just because they want to fix it up and put it at a higher market rate. She has nowhere to go and they didn’t offer a new unit or new lease. It takes weeks at a time to fix lights in the kitchen stove or refrigerator. Do not let these people lie to you gym isn’t open and pool closes at 6 nothing is 24 hours over here. And they have friends or other workers leave good reviews

i been here over 5 years and stayed in 2 different units i seen the good & bad. this how it works,, If and when we have a problem in our unit we make a maint. req. and sometimes it might take a couple of days cause they go in order it was recived but they always fix it or replace it with better or new. Half of these BAD reviews are people who didn't pay rent or mad at something they cant get their way. Shout out to Varonica, Fausto, Armando, Jenni & staff! Im telling you this is good place to live based on Maintinace and friendly staff.

Absolutely a horrible place to rent at. I have been dealing with some collection agency because they claimed we took the washer/dryer when my wife and I moved out which is completely FALSE and a horrific LIE. 4-5 months later it hits my credit report no calls or nothing. I disputed with proof we left everything intact and in working order and it was removed from my report! Then 3 years later it is now re-reported back on my credit when I am in the process of acquiring loans for my family home. Absolute EVIL people and the system is broken.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They lied to me about move in specials, and left me stranded at a hotel my first day in Vegas because of electricity issues in my apartment that weren't disclosed until the minute I was set to move in. They charged three times what I agreed to pay, and knew I had no choice. (A uhaul, a dog, and no time to find somewhere else). I didn't get the apartment I was showed, they moved me into an upgraded "black appliance" one for $100 more a month and one less bathroom. The apartment is old and cheaply put together. The floors tear easily and the walls look like a child painted them. The ac hasn't worked half my lease and only after putting in 20 work requests do they do anything about it. Lily and Chris in the office are completely unreliable and very rude. They don't see the residents as people, just another annoying part of their day. Also, this complex, while one of the cheaper ones in town, it's for good reason. The sounds of kids screaming and what sounds like baby rhinos running above you will keep you up at night because no one knows how to control their children. (They've thrown rocks at my door on more than 2 occasions) However, if you enjoy getting your door knocked on by random crack heads and trying to figure out if what you just heard was a gun shot, car backfire, or firework; than these apartments are for you! UPDATE: They didn't clean out the apartments next to me after people moved out for 6 months and now the whole building is infested with webs and SPIDERS. Also, they don't spray for bugs, obviously. I'll attach pictures. A corporate office took over these apartments and we were hopeful it would change things. And it certainly did, FOR THE WORSE. First off, they didn't get rid of Lily Martinez who is more vindictive and rude than ever! After a formal complaint, she PAID people to write her good google reviews. Go read them, I can't make this stuff up. We still have multiple other problems, the ac goes out every time there is a weather change. They've had to replace our dryer and it still doesn't work -they just give you refurbished items. And now instead of calling the office, you have to go through a corporate line prompt to put in maintenance requests. The people on the phone are rude and will just hang up on you. This whole company is ridiculous, I couldn't be more glad my lease is finally ending. I suppose on the bright side, I'll never be alone. 'Cause, you know.. spiders.

I live in this condominium and I really regret having chosen them to live. There is no answer from either the manager or the head of the region for the problems I have, they do not even show their faces and both know my situation with the apt

Dont know wat u said, but they r roach infested I specifically asked that b4 we moved in because I'm terrified of bugs, the maintenance sucks, staff sucks, the only thing there good for is lies...save your money go elsewhere...you've been warned..

We are sorry to live in this place, the staff that elaborates here, are incompetent, no and there is who to address and maintenance do NOT SERVE, ARE VERY BAD FACTS AND THOSE WHO WASH THE FOLDERS ARE WORSE.
