I’ve moved to Vegas in 2016, and in that time I’ve lived in many different apartment complexes… but since moving to Royal Palms in 2019, I’ve found a place I feel I can call “home.” I dread the day my life may take me somewhere else, because nothing and no one can beat the amazing management, leasing staff, and maintenance personnel we have here. The team in the leasing office are so kind and understanding — they take the time to help you, answer your questions, and they truly treat you like a person… not a number. Lastly, during the COVID pandemic, the leasing office and management team were understanding, honest, patient, and kept an open line of communication with the residents. I’m grateful every day for our management team, and all their assistance during the pandemic… without them, I wouldn’t still be living in my wonderful apartment, lying in bed, and writing this stellar and well-deserved review. I hope this helps you get a better idea of what it’s like to live here at Royal Palms, and who knows… maybe you’ll eventually be able to say that you’ve found a place in Vegas that makes you feel at home. 💖

We have been here for a while already and absolutely love living in this gated community. We have onsite maintenance during the day and security at night that help to keep our community clean and safe. Neighbors are friendly and everyone pretty much minds their business. Any issues or concerns are resolved by management In a very timely manner. Eyleen in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. Shes a 10/10 would recommend. 😀

We lived there for 4 yrs. We liked the landscape and maintenance quick response. Unfortunately at the end of our lease, the mgmt made us pay for major counter resurfacing and full carpet replacement due to minor wear and tear. If you're going to lease at Royal Palms, make sure to leave it spotless or you will suffer major costs.

I stayed at this complex for a year. Arcy the old manager and one of the office staff April were very nice and were courteous when I spoke to them. The complex was nice compared to others and I liked how it was a "gated" community. However, the gate was always broken, would be fix for a couple days then it would somehow break again, honestly might as well not have a gate if anyone can come in. I was signed up for automatic payments for my rent and the month before my lease end date I get a note on my door saying I owe a certain percentage of my rent because I was late on my last payment. I contacted the office and they said ,"The last month rent doesn't do automatic payments because you're leaving the complex." Wish I would have freaking know that so be aware guys. I moved out 2/28/21 & I had contacted the office 4 times the month of April regarding my deposit until someone got back to me the last week of the month. I feel the new staff don't pay attention to the phones, because when the old staff was there within a couple rings someone would ALWAYS answer. I had received my deposit and was very unsatisfied with it because it had no description of the charges they were charging me for or what location they were supposably doing charges for. When I received a call back "Jonathan" said I could request a copy of the pictures they took after I moved out (I also took pictures of everything the day I left) and that he could not tell me which countertop supposably needed to be "Resurfaced" as quoted in the deposit. It was just me & my 1 & a half year old son, where I would spend basically more time at work than at the apartment, and I was the only one who would use counterspace so don't understand why they said "Countertop Resurface- $265."He said I would have to call collections because "they are the ones who can send you that information," which was weird because only the complex take pictures after you move out. Right after I got off the phone with him I contact collections and they said they have no record of me and that only the complex would keep record of pictures and descriptive charges. Financially, you're better off renting a house or staying at a different complex regarding all the things they over charge you for. Very disappointed in the new staff and for them being uncaring. All they care about is taking your money. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way, but I hope this helps others if they are looking to stay or leave this complex.
