Lyric apartments was a good place to live at until the new management company Avenue 5 bought the property. Several tenants have moved for unknown reasons that I am aware of. When my lease expired I decided to renew my lease and move to from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment. Upon receiving the keys to the 3 bedroom apartment unit 1273 was infested with roaches. I informed property agent on duty and showed the roaches that I was able to catch. They allowed to find a different apartment in which we moved. We were told that we would get our 250.00 transfer fee back. That hasn’t happened. Also they refuse to repay my deposit back. I showed them proof of a cashiers check when I moved onto the property. It has been almost 3 months with no answers or email replies. I will seek legal assistance moving forward. FYI several residents have said they haven’t received there deposit check

They stole my deposit. It's been 4 months. They keep saying it has it was sent but never was. And now the number on their website in disconnected. Funny business. I'll have to take this issue further.

Not an ideal place to live, The previous owners were a nightmare and made everyday a living hell. They were incompetent to say the least. The new management is much better however the price hike is outrageous. The trash valet is ludacris they steal items from your porch and never take the trash. They should invest in a dog waste removal. It seems all the dogs in this area have severe diarrhea and can't hit the grass or rocks. The parks and grass areas are discusting.

Last few months, grills have been broken. Walls are super thin.. can hear babies crying at 2am every night.. upstairs neighbors have made my stay here the worst experience ive had in my life. I called and told the office many times since last may and even had staff hear the noise and still nothing was done. Last management team was gonna let me out my lease early due to this but the new team came in out of no where and told me I could not leave anymore. Still as i type this post i can hear my neighbors noise as if they are in the living room with me with their kids running around. Your likely gonna have to resolve neighbor issues by yourself in this place and just have to hope no conflict arises because the management wont do anything. Ive called the last few days for some type of resolution and nobody ever answers the phone or the office randomly closed. Counting down the days to Feb 28th. If you want to live here and want to sleep noise free… dont move near apt 1102. Just a heads up.. wouldn’t wish my experience on my worst enemy.
