Recently had a lockout issue and then shortly after a washer issue, but due to Topaz Springs excellent staff, Stephanie, Ricardo and Todd, my issue was immediately resolved. Not only was my lock repaired, but I also received a like new washer, after maintenance determined replacement was the best option. I feel secure knowing that Topaz Springs has a diligent and effective workforce. Thank you Stephanie for constant communication and dispatching of the maintenance crew, and thank you Ricardo and Todd for prompt response times and resolve. You all are my housing super heroes.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Maybe they pick and choose who they want to help. The leasing agent Jessica is awesome as for Brooke and eve they don’t help . They sit in they office all day & just tell you no to everything . They don’t stay on top of the orders, and when they do . I put where they should call me before entering and they don’t. Two times I had items removed from my house after the workers came in and fixed something WHEN IM NOT THERE!!! Although on the order I put to notify ME! Todd always says he’s going to fix this and that then it’s weeks before someone even come . I would not recommend topaz springs. Very poor community who’s only looking for another rent check.

The Stephanie was amazing with the Move in Process! She was very friendly, and detailed with the apt tour and also the community. They have alot of community activities with kids which is ALWAYS a plus .. the community manager was quick to respond and helpful. Overall it was a pretty quick process I felt welcomed and I would happily recommend
