Very happy here. Management is very friendly and happy to help. I have been here 6 years and have had only a few issues with the apartment. When I had issues, maintenance was there to quickly fix the issue. I recommend this property to my fiends looking for a place to rent.

It's a great place to live. Maintenance requests are always solved in a timely fashion and everyone is friendly. The type of guys to wave good morning everyday as you drive in and out of the community. The best kind of community is one where you don't need to call the office often and you just enjoy your apartment.

Like they said 1 or two bedroom, the layout is beautiful and its very large for the apartment and also the cost 😊😊. The cost can range from 800-1000, just depends if you more into a newly renovated or old one, but i know all of them are gonna be due to be renovations, so it juat depends when you move it. I am a resident, so any questions, ask me!!😊😊
Yes for pets, there's a one month down deposit and the price of the two bedrooms can vary. They have older models and upgraded models. Around $860 Not for upgraded model
