To begin with, the first time when we went to see the model apartment it was an ok experience. After applying, we were told it was a 48 hr turn around time. The application process took longer than what was told. Because they needed to make sure a unit was available, which this was not mentioned to begin with. After close to 2 weeks and calling for the status update, application was finally approved. They told us to bring in the admin fee and provided the information of what unit was etc, however, they did not provide any form of direction or a plan map or even to let us know that we can see this plan map on the website as we were having trouble to even find the unit. This was told to us by a tenant that lives in the complex. Lastly, there was some furniture that needed to be delivered on the move in day. We have asked if someone at the office can at least open the door for access since the person on the lease will not be available until a couple of hours later to get the keys. They said they cannot do that and that the person on the lease would have to be present, sign the lease, get keys etc. We were trying to discuss other options to get this taken care of and mentioned about the Lease Agreement, why they cannot email us a copy to review, do digital signing and show them copies of the move in funds, if we have questions, then we can ask when we get there, they already had the admin fee. It was to only open access and their response was to call back for the property manager the next day.

The office staff are nice, as well as maintenance. We've had very few problems while living here (almost a year). I will say, the apartments that we were shown (the model), is NOTHING like the unit we were given. Not even close. We asked prior to moving in, and since we've lived here, to be moved to a 1st floor unit, to which we were told we'd be put on a waiting list. We have small children, and our downstairs neighbors like to bang on the ceiling and complain to the office that they're "too loud", when really the problem is that the floors are incredibly thin and creak. You can literally hear yourself walking. We're still waiting to be put in a ground level unit. We did ask a few months back (May) to have our master bathrooms tub/shower to be resurfaced (paint is peeling) and we're told they use an outside contractor, and as soon as they got the schedule, we would be notified to be put on it. Haven't heard anything. My only other big complaint is that our toilets are SO OLD. Like, literally stamped "1985" inside the tank. They're constantly clogging and getting backed up to the point that not even a plunger helps. Overall, this isn't the WORST place to live. I definitely think there's a LOT that can be improved.

While out shopping for housing options with a family member. We stopped by the crossings due to their move in special banner out front. They advertised $199. Move in special with affordable rent. On their own website. They advised $399. Move in special In rental book for December w lower monthly rent. When requesting this prices office said those prices are incorrect and refused to honor fraudulent/ falsely Advertising . Today is Sunday and office is to open at 9-5 family member was calling for entire hour no answer until 1 hour later. We walked around the property to Find This place is terrible neglected! Grounds/landscape are not maintained and dangerous! They are not upgraded with the simplest things. Not even worth the lowest advertised prices. Holes drilled in mail boxes rendering them unavailable for tenants to get their mail. Building around the pool is collapsing and is boarded up. ( in back area of complex) I'm sure this complex doesn't meet federal government state codes for families! When In office and ask Girls about bed bug reviews .... Her reply was It's because tenants dig in dumpsters!! So glad my family member chose a better neighborhood and upgraded complex for Same price range!!! Scary place for families... My family member is expecting her first child and she dodged a bullet!!

We lived there for 2 years and it actually improved while we were there, but it still only gets 2 stars. If you need a cheap place to live while you save up, this can be that place. There is more wrong with this place than I care to itemize but most can be tolerated. You have to pay for a laundry card and fill it in the office, which means that if they're closed then you can't reload till the next day. We kept to ourselves and had multiple neighbors while we lived here. Big turn over in residents and many of the good ones break their lease because of poor conditions. Management didn't like us because we complained about legitimate problems and kept hounding them.
