This location is middle of the road. Workers are great. Computer system doesnt synch with out if state memberships. You must have the app imstalled. The computer systems need to synch. Just a note for ownership and technology. Equipment. Could use more free weights and benches. Missing equipment that other gyms have that would be nice to use. Could use some bikes at the gym. Could use more sit up benches. There is only one in the gym. And it is limited on hlw high it goes. EOS in Ogden has better ones than here. Fans always going make it too cold in the gym. They need to slow the fans down and limit the number of fans overhead as it is soo cold in the gym. Good side. Decent equipmemt. 24 hours. Nice locker rooms. Clean. So a few comparables.

It is SO amazingly big!! They have so many treadmills, and stationery bikes, stepper’s, and other equipment that one doesn’t have to wait to begin an awesome workout! Awesome amount of space to change, store your personal stuff in the locker room; changing rooms if you are shy; restrooms and shower options as well. It’s always clean when I am there!! I love that you can take family members anytime & bring in friends all on your small monthly payment. It’s affordable for everyone and every family!! Thank you for this gym!! I highly recommend it for everyone and every family!!

They have helpful friendly staff and plenty of equipment so you don’t have to wait. They have free training, tanning beds, tanning booths, massage beds and chairs and red light therapy! All for an affordable price so I can keep exercise as a priority.
