We drove a long way through heavy traffic after making an appointment to look at a unit only to arrive and feel like we were bothering the lady who showed us the unit and felt rushed to get out. Even asking important questions that we needed and wanted to know felt like it was time consuming to her. It felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. We came in feeling hopeful and left very disappointed.

Collage apartments was not ideal and a poor experience for first apartment in Las Vegas - the have a string of apartments on Jones that are SO far away from amenities - the amenities are not good. Pool was rarely able to use in 8 months. (Health inspector just recently closed the pool in march 2022) - gates and features were never maintained to quality they should have. Lots to go on, but will keep list short. Was here for 8 months. 2021-2022. Have to leave early because we no longer feel safe. Gate locks are no. Existent and people walk through buildings and rummage through trash.

The apartments are BEAUTIFUL!!! I move here a year 1/2 ago, never had any issue at all management/maintenance is on point. I love it here every time i have any issue are problems the staff is here and doing an amazing job. Thank you jeff/sydney/Lilly:)
