We have lived here since 2015 and really like it here. The new leasing manager and staff, Tom and Jasmine have been so very helpful, polite and have went above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed. The lay-out of the apts are very nice and spacious and lots of trees and green grass that are well-kept. Thanks Villas East leasing staff. We appreciate you.

Very bad experience for my first apartment , Sandra and Tommy always have office closed. Never got my balcony blinds fix , work order for my sink was not in the system , had to threatening to bring channel news in order to get my sink in the kitchen fix by manetince. The management is horrible so Is the manetince

This apartment is the worst place to be.. when i first moved in they said my apt was ready, which it was not. My refrigerator was not working for 48 hours, my AC did not work. Alos i continuously put in work orders and nothing has be done. All they do is close your work order when its not completed. There are so many cockroaches that i cant even turn off my lights or they will be running all over the place. My air still does not work and all they did was close the work order. On top of that i was promised a working dish washer & since ive lived here i still have not had a dish washer.

This Place is absolutely terrible the first thing we noticed about the apt is the smell. It smells like raw sewage and urine throughout the whole apt. The smell seems to be coming out of the drains and out of the toilets. The apartment's managers made sure that they showed us a apt that was free of the order that permeates throughout most of the other units. If the smell wasn't bad enough the bug problem is ridiculous...We have only been here 3 days and have seen at least 10 roaches and twice as many spiders. We had to replace the lock ourselves because it was broken and there was no way to lock our door. The only positive thing so far is the maintenance guy seems to be the most reliable person on this property and he has been a great help so far.
