Hospitality was amazing! Showed up 30 min before closing, Mike the sales manager stayed with us for at least an hour past closing on a holiday weekend. He was super helpful, super friendly, just nice to talk normal to people, in a sales environment. Haven't purchased yet, will update if we do.

Curtis trailer located in Portland are top notch!! I will recommend everyone looking for a trailer to go to Curtis trailers!! I live 4 hours away and I'll say Mike Horn (assistant manager) made this transaction happen on a Saturday and only took a few hours! Charlie did a great job helping us get into our Lance 1172 truck camper! He ensured that our truck was well equipped to handle the heavy-weight dual slide truck camper. He and the staff took their time to walk us through each detail on how to use the camper. Charlie even gave us his cell# in case we had any questions post sale and he responds right away. Fantastic customer service, customer experience, genuine care, and follow-through. We're so happy with the selection, price, and service at Curtis Trailers in PDX and in Aloha/Beaverton!

They most likely do or can order
Well I don't work there although I shop there. And you Will find good knowledgeable People in their parts department I think the gentleman's name is Bob who has or Robert who has constant knowledge of the products that he sells along with his staff young lady And a young man who are very knowledgeable I can guarantee you won't be sorry.
Look up the model and a user manual. Not all model have that option.

I'm sure they do. They may have to order special parts but that's common.
To the best of my knowledge they don't rent them but it would be worth a call. I've had fantastic experiences with every other aspect of the company though. My buying experience was phenomenal and my salesman, Stan the Man, continued to field phone calls and emails after the purchase. Just last week John in service took amazing care of me with new slide toppers. And last month Rick in parts re-keyed my travel trailer. So, definitely worth a call to see if they rent or could lead you to something and follow up with purchasing!
Definitely call and ask. I'm sure they're winding down from delivering the hundreds of units they sold at the RV show last month so your chances are probably greater.
If you call and ask for Rick he can direct u in the right direction to get you on the road with a nice reliable RV this place is amazing if I could give them a 100 stars I would they always go above and beyond for all there customers this is a top notch company I would never go anywhere else.
