No option for a 4.7, so I’m rounding up. Came in today because some how my little hand held c02 tire refiller broke and took my tube with it. The minus 0.3 is because they said they didn’t loan out tools and I couldn’t fix it myself there so I had to pay 25$ rather than just 8$ for the tube. The rest of the 5 stars are because they’re an amazing local business and replaced the tube filler that some how managed to break even though there’s only like 2 moving parts. Greatly recommended

I’ve been coming to this place for YEARS just for a pump every now and then or something random but this was the first time I came to them for a bike tune up. My experience was amazing and the staff was great, as always. 10/10 recommend!

Great bike shop! Superior customer service from caring, attentive staff. Service department is top notch. Professional fitting services. West End Bikes has all the bikes and products for every cyclist in all price ranges. They even go the extra effort to secure specialty and personalized items. IMHO this is the best bike shop in the western U.S.

Great bike shop!! Mark and his staff are very customer-oriented and can offer you road, mountain, cyclocross, kids, electric, etc. bikes rentals and apparel. Just bought a cyclocross bike and love their attention to detail and very experienced service techs!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

I can verify that... also evey time I've gone since covid hit, it's been practically empty, it's probably one of the safest places you could shop downtown. Also, I can't speak for them but the staff are all usually very nice, and I bet they'd be willing to do business at the door (curbside) if you asked nicely and they weren't busy. Anyways it couldn't hurt to ask.

will you assemble new bikes that were purchased on line?

I'm sure they would, most shops do. It can sometimes be spendy, depending on exactly what "needs assembled. If that makes sense. If you dont hear back, call Tim over @Cat Six Bicycles. Awesome, awesome small local shop. You won't be disappointed.
