Hello, Yes we will have free weight along with many other machines for strength training and cardio! The monthly membership fee is $25 a month with a contract only.
There is a family plan, it's the $25 + $10 per child a month, the site says a 14 year old will need parent signature when signing up so they most likely will let a 13yr old in aswell with parent permission.
