These folks are so nice, cool, and knowledgeable. True bike nerds if I’ve ever seen em. It seems like different techs are especially knowledgeable in certain areas, so maybe luck of the draw, but every time I bring my frankenbike in they make it work better in a way I didn’t even know was possible, recently fixing an issue that nobody else had been able to diagnose let alone solve. Plus they’re located right on the main bike route back into inner NE from any other part of the city which is mega convenient if you live up there and commute pretty much anywhere.
