When you can't find a part in town, CCC most likely has it. New or used. Used is just as good, most of the time. Don't be a roadie, you don't always need the newest and most expensive. Buy used and be sustainable.

About a month a go I stopped in to grab a bell for my bike. Somehow the price I thought it said was different from the price the sales guy gave me, then in the end was charged yet a third price. The whole interaction was rushed as if i was a simpleton and he didn't have time for me. I am a salesperson in part in my own job and I pay attention to detail, so I walked away not feeling so good about the transaction. The kicker is the bell doesn't even fit and I don't even want to bother returning it due to rude customer service. Epilogue: Now I need a new bike (as mine was stolen recently) and I will be passing this place upon the future! All actions have a reaction.

I’ve purchased a used bike from here as well as a couple accessories. Staff is super helpful and kind. Great selection of bikes. Highly recommend this place.

Cheap used parts, and they let me install them myself in the store because I live kinda far away. Just finished putting on the brake cables they sold me too, the salesperson made sure to take the extra time to make sure I had my questions answered and made sure I could walk out on-budget. I would go so far as to say this is the best bike shop I've ever been to.
