Just bought a Villager bike. Mel was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions before I could ask them! Very please with my purchase. Went for my 1st ride this morning. 12 miles and no discomfort at all. Wish I had listened to Mel about buying larger pedals (sorry Mel). Can't wait for warm weather to really hit the road.

I had an incredible and first class experience with RecumbentPDX when purchasing a Catrike e-Expedition. It's definitely a huge amount of money to plunk down but the more I ride my Catrike since purchasing it the more I feel that this has huge dividends to me in so many ways. I did my homework through the internet looking at recumbent trikes and gave myself plenty of time to get comfortable with the purchase decision. But still I had nagging worries about which trike I wanted to get. I didn't want to make a choice that I would regret down the road. That was the best thing about RecumbentPDX. The staff - Mel, Janet and Paul - are incredibly knowledgeable. Each with vast amounts of experience. I found them super easy to talk to. They are great listeners. Each one of them have several trikes of their own and ride them often. They will tell you up front that they want you to first develop a relationship and a clarity with the trike before purchasing it. They know it's all about a relationship and they want to do everything they can to guide and support you through that process. That's what they did for me. When I walked out the door with my beautiful Catrike e-Expedition I felt that I had gained more than just a cool and elegant recumbent Catrike. I had also gained a community. If you're reading this you obviously have a clear and purposeful curiosity about recumbent trikes. Go to the shop. See the selection they have and meet the staff. I'm confident your time there will do you good.
