I went in for a warranty claim on 6/3/22 with no idea what to expect. I found an extremely helpful staff, willing to chase down my proof of purchase for me, despite my own inability to remember which branch I'd bought the bike from 7 years ago. In the end, Trek's warranty was extremely helpful in replacing my broken frame, and the staff made that warranty very easy to apply for. I am not a brand loyalist - I buy what works for me, when I need it. Trek won my business 7 years ago by offering a reasonably priced bike large enough to fit me (6' 7" and 240 lbs), but as long as the PDX Hollywood Trek store keeps their amazing staff - I'll keep going back.

Hi Betty, l am a tricyclist from Norfolk Virginia. If you are tricycling you will need to know the terrain. Tricycles come in a single, 3, and 7 speed. There are also Ebikes which have a lithium battery to move you. Be sure to get the wheel size correct for your height.
