Have been in business with Extra Space Storage off of Mill Street in San Bernardino for about a year now. They are always understanding when I cannot pay my bill on time and I have since been pleased with my unit. No problems ever with my belongings.

Got a call from Kenny, the Sight manager, informing me that the unit I had reserved had been rented. I came down at closing to see what the size of a smaller unit looked like that was available at a sister location and he not only showed me HIS unit but he looked at other locations for what was available. Once I made my decision, he went a step forward to inform me of the short hours I would have to access my unit. So after checking again, a comparable unit was located about 2 miles away that had roughly the same Sq. Footage but was a little less pricey. Big shout out to the professionalism and above and beyond effort of Mr. Sheilds. He definitely made my day.
