My name is James and I am currently at Del Rosa Villa moved here from what's dubbed a world class hospital by review and I must say that I've had nothing but the best professional and personal experiences while here and I have yet to even witness otherwise. My medical conditions and my personality present a number of challenges to even the most skilled and tolerant but the staff here goes well above and beyond job description from the nursing staff to social workers to maintenance to housekeeping...everyone here has been great without exception and my conditions both medical and personal have improved greatly as a result of the care I've received here. And if it's of any concern, the food is amazing.

The nurses here are very kind to me. Rosa is wonderful, she was very helpful with having me ready to start the day. And always takes care of my needs to her best ability. I'm grateful she was my nurse.

My mother is 83. She fell and broke her hip in December, which required surgery to repair. She was placed at Del Rosa for acute therapy. I'd like to say that they're taking very well care of her. I call often with requests and they always comply and genuinely seem to care for her and all the residents there. I FaceTime with her often and she looks wonderful. They have a stylist that comes in once weekly and provides beauty services for the residents/family members that request it. My only frustration is that because of COVID, I haven't been able to visit with her in person. I was worried when she was first taken there, which I think is normal when you have a loved one, but they've set my mind at ease.

Dispute the neglect I endured during my stay as a patient, Del Rosa Villa is a divine treatment and recovery center. The staff makes more comforting and pleasant to help you get back on your feet. With the many activities they have to offer during my illness, I'm happy to say I would definitely recommend this place to a love one or even myself to come back knowing I will be in good hands. I would like to say thanks again to the staff for the extra push I needed to leave and feel comfortable being home. AXS

Yes, outside in the smoking area
Too bad they are people without compassion. They do not care, it seems that they are paid for not attending to them, not cleaning them, not caring for them, the times that I was always dirty and unattended and sicker than before, the good ones are clowns, but papas are on top of one.
They are in the worst area of highland surrounded by dirty homeless people and street people.
