Trying to get anyone in the parts dept to answer the phone here is ridiculous. Theyre the only dealer that showed locally for this converter I needed for my car. That I was willing to pay for in cash on Saturday but they didn’t want to answer the phone. The dealer in Redlands even tried calling for me and they just kept getting automatically forwarded to wholesale voice message. So instead they found a dealer in Huntington Beach that had it and was willing to sell it and the people at Huntington answered right away. So sick of this dealer This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them the other time was with the service department. They should look into getting some employees that can answer phones. Not a very good business model if you dont Want to sell stuff to customers or answer phone
