Our sales experience was with B Young RV in 2020, for our GD Imagine trailer. Pretty smooth transaction. My most recent experience has me completely unraveling over Lazydays RV. We brought our trailer in for a warranty repair in mid July, with the expectation set from them that we would get our trailer back the week of July 25th. It's now August 11th, and they have not approved our warranty work, and our trailer sits on their lot. To add insult to injury, I have tried through multiple platforms to get some help. At least they all have consistency....they do not answer calls directly, and call back when it pleases them. They provide no change in status week-to-week. Oh, and now our warranty has expired while our trailer sat on their lot waiting for service. I am frustrated. Here are the ways I have tried to get answer/response - direct phone calls to Stephanie, who is handling our service at the dealership, Twitter - have had an ongoing escalated requested with whomever mans their Twitter account, email to their corporate office, and a phone call and message to the Service Manager (Justin?) at the Portland location. Would love some help. Does anyone from Lazydays actually read these? I sure hope so...help.

My husband and I purchased a 2019 5ht wheel in February 2022 and included the warranty agreements they offered. Our RV has been permanently placed in Cascade Locks. The sales manager and loan manager, David Jeraldo both knew that was what we were going to do. Don't buy the warranties offered unless you live withing 40 miles and can deliver the traler/camper to the dealership. The warranty is usless if you expect to have on-site repairs. The warranty company, American Guardian, was rude and was unable to help locate someone to come to our home and work on the refridgeator.Nor was I able to get any help from the dealership. Their salesman Michael Reidy was awesome. That is the reason for the single star. The rest whas been useless. Make sure you can deliver your unit to the dealership or don't wastr the money on the extended warranties.

The entire process was stress free. Salesperson David Martin was fun to work with. On pickup day, they literally have a red carpet rolled out next to the new RV with a welcome letter signed by the entire staff. I’ve purchased several new RV from numerous dealerships, and have never experienced this kind of service. Great work Lazyday RV, keep it up!

Checked out what they had. The experience with Daren was good. Showed and talked to us like a person, not a sales person. Want to go back and look again. So much better to see and touch In Person than on line only! Nice selection.

No they don't. Unless your getting something worked on your RV but you wouldn't be able to stay in it anyways
The rep I talked to at the McLoughlin store confirmed. Their new store & shop in Woodland will open later this year (2019).
No rentals yet, check back in the future.
