Great library. People just don't know what a benefit public libraries are. I recommend visiting any public library.

They have handouts and referrals as to where you can go. As far as programs, you may ask and look at the online calendar at Phoenixpubliclibrary.org. The Ocotillo Branch on Central and Southern is the library that specializes in job/career search services. They also have a Workforce computer where you can use it to do some research for jobs. Hope this helps!
Yes they do. Fax is free. But only sends to local numbers and toll free. No long distance. Copies are 20 cents a page for black and white, but 40 cents a page for color. If you need help for photocopies of your ID or 2 sided copies, ask at the desk.
Yes there is, however inside is not as quiet as out. Because there is only one area cornered next to a open room, i suggest outside with the birds chirping, under a canopy. I talk quietly by the corner couches inside. :).
Before the corona virus, we had a shelf of books for sale. Now we dont let anyone inside the branch. Unfortunately the library has never done book sales. But until covid restrictions lessen, we probably won't.
The hours are from Monday 9am-5pm Tuesday-Thursday 10am-8pm Friday's they're closed & Saturday's same hours as Monday.
Most of the libraries I have been to have specific computers available for resumes. Some even allow up to two hours for the use of them. So the answer is yes. I wish you well on your job search.
Yes, there is!
Yes, Phoenix Public Library cards are not branch specific
The time limit for our public computers is 1 hour. However, if nobody has made a reservation, the limit extends 15 mins. In order to use the computers you need a library card, if you have one but can't find it bring your I'D or Drivers license
For this library you can use the computer for 1 hour. After that you could use an express computer for unlimited 15 minute sessions. However, if somebody is waiting to use the computer you need to let them use it as soon as the current session expires.
Check the main Library for computer classes. It used to be first come first served basis at least twice a week. Also check with Goodwill, they have free classes for the general public.
Because the city can only afford to have 2 out of 17 library branches open 7 days a week.
Showing identification and a current address on ID, or if not on a bill, etc.
No just public computers
All phoenix public libraries offer wifi
The Saguaro branch is open from 9 to 5 on mondays 10 to 8 Tuesday through Thursday 9 to 5 on Saturday and 1 to 5 on Sunday. CLOSED ON FRIDAYS
They are free as long as you live within Maricopa County.
Wednesdays from 10 to 11
