Month after Im eligible:" Can i get my second booster shot, please" " No , we don't have enough". A month later, I contract Covid. "Morning operator, I think i have symptoms for covid. Id like to come in as an urgent patient ASAP". "You have to make an appointment on line, to have a video chat with a doctor" . "But I live alone and am scared , would like to come in." "Here's a list of several places other than us, that you can go, in an emergency."" But I've seen you have emergency care before, it was on the first floor. You're saying you don't have any services like this anymore?" Beat ."You can come in after 8am for URGENT CARE on the 2nd floor". (If you don't want to be around sick people, get a job at McDonalds.) . At the front desk: "I have symptom..." "SIGN IN AND TAKE A SEAT". 10 minutes later im called up and explain the situation." "Go stand over there.' (By a wall in a corner). 20 minutes later :" Excuse me, other people came in after me and are being seen." "They have different issues" "Can I have a chair please then?"" No." Seen by a Doctor- tested, told to leave by back stairs. Get results the next day only by signing in to my medical portal. No phone call? No offer of a prescriptions or Pax Lovid or instructions for care. I had to GOOGLE how to care for this. Ive been coming here for over 15 years and it just gets worse till now its completely inhumane as well as inefficient . Go elsewhere.

I arrived at the clinic Monday May 31 at around 3.29pm and the front desk personnel told me they are closed already. This doesn’t make sense since when I called in and listened to the voice message it says they are closing at 4.00pm. No help provided
