Only thing i can say is it’s a auto part store and it never fails they only have one person working at the counter so when you call they don’t even answer the phone. This is upper management fault for being so freaking cheap. Greedy SOB only think for their own pocket.

Simply contact the Pepboys location nearest you. You can also reach out to your nearest brake replacement shops nearest you as it'll probably be a whole lot cheaper than Pepboys!
