Does anyone know where the chef went that made those incredibly tasty carrot cakes? I heard Daily Grill does not have them.

Currently they have carrot cake bread pudding. But you're right it's not the same. But the good news is management has transfered one of the old time Daily Grill managers back there starting this week. She will know the answer to your question. Ps I loved that guys carrot cake and he did it without a pastry oven.
